Implementation

Mobile Passenger is a offline/online-client. The best connection will be calculated on our server or the cell phone depending on transit area, travel time and cell phone type. Depending on the connection there will be a data transfer between 128Bytes and 3Kbytes. There is no master connection for Mobile Passenger. Every connection will be calculated new, so rapid schedule changes or troubles can receive attention. All of your customers will get the best service.
In Mobile Passenger design and implementation are separated, so it’s possible to have one application for Java MIDP1 and MIDP2 devices and at the same time different designs. Furthermore the application will run on Windows Mobile 5/6, Blackberry and Apple iPhone. You will reach about 85% of all cell phone users in Germany. 
Mobile Passenger is build modularly so the functionality of the application can be matched automatically to the devices and the provided offer. The capacity and functionality of every mobile device will be used best. This means you don’t have to reduce the application to a common denominator of the cell phones.

That’s the way your customer can achieve the software

You can offer two possibilities::

1. Download: Your customer will download the application from your homepage at his computer and transfer it to his cell phone by Bluetooth or USB.


2. SMS:Your customer will send a short message to a service number and will receive a short message with a link. Here he can download the software.
